  Mechanics bottom of the barrel slow don't care butt draggers counter person on hold half hour with part store I called got right threw ordered part had taxi deliver it . all while he was still setting there not realizing his phone was not working right.. Cleaner restrooms in 3rd world country's, smell of piss at coffee station,,

  If i could i would give the TA in whitestown zero stars.i took my truck to the shop there dropped it off on friday so they could do DOT inspection on it pm service and fix the drivers seat as i got the truck used they got a nice new seat for it and broke the seat when i picked it up they tried to say it must have been taken out of the box that way so they didnt inspect it before installing ya right they didnt want to admit fault so i took truck back for them to return that seat and get another one they tried to put a kw day cab seat in a peterbilt 587 lol like i wouldnt notice as the seat that was in it was all air controled and so was the one they installed and with that day cab seat there being its not for the truck has caused damage to the inside plastic by the door.they have yet to fix any of that mess also the truck was running fine when i took up there i get it back rpm's are racing and i have an exhaust leak which i didnt have before they touched it.Then the lazy mechanic Mike that works there was sitting the office started running his fat lip as the girl behind the desk was very rude and i told her i wanted to speak with her boss and he sticks his nose in where it did not belong.and starting harrasing after all said i walked out to the store so he wouldnt get his ass kicked and he follows me to the store part of the Ta still running his lip instead of going to jail i took the whole mess to the general manager well of course nothing done about any of the stuff going on so took and turned it into the district manager over that shop and same thing trucks still not fixed and the punk still has his job that by far is the worst TA truck stop i have ever been and wont never return again lawyer contacted and lawsuit BEAWARE DO NOT USE THAT TA SHOP AS THEY WILL BREAK YOUR STUFF AND DO NOTHING TO FIX IT AND THE RUDE STAFF THEY HAVE IS JUST AS BAD ALONG WITH THE SHOP MANAGEMENT BE FAIR WARNED FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

  Smells like pepper and sourness. Bathroom was gross. Not the worst. But definitely not cleaned in a long while. 1 cashier and a line 10 deep.
